Introduction
MailMaster ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MailMaster web application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using MailMaster, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text.
Profile Information
During onboarding and in Settings, you may provide profile details such as your name, job title, company, industry, or role. This information is used solely to personalize the emails MailMaster generates for you and is visible only to your account.
Email Content You Submit
When you paste an email into MailMaster to generate a reply, we send that content to our AI processing provider (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate your reply. We do not store the email content you paste or the replies generated. Each request is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the reply is delivered to your screen.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage data including the number of replies generated per account (for enforcing plan limits), timestamps of account activity, and basic analytics such as page views and feature usage. We do not track individual email content, recipients, or subjects.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment provider. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details on our servers.
Third-Party Services
MailMaster relies on: Anthropic (Claude API) for AI reply generation — content is sent via encrypted API calls and not stored beyond the request. Supabase for authentication and database. Vercel for hosting.
Data Retention
Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, secure API key management, and access controls on all infrastructure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Cookies
MailMaster uses essential cookies only for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
