Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MailMaster (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

MailMaster is an AI-powered email tool suite. Users paste email content, select a tool and tone, and receive AI-generated output — replies, follow-ups, scores, subject lines, and more. All generated content should be reviewed by the user before sending.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Plans

Free: 5 AI-generated emails per day, at no cost. Individual Pro: $9/month for 50 AI-generated emails per day. Business: $29/month for 200 AI-generated emails per day. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harassing, or fraudulent content; to impersonate others; to send spam; to reverse-engineer the Service; to circumvent usage limits; or to resell the Service without permission.

AI-Generated Content

Output from MailMaster's tools is AI-generated and provided as a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending or using it. MailMaster does not guarantee accuracy. We are not liable for consequences arising from use of generated content.

Intellectual Property

The MailMaster name, logo, design, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you input. AI-generated output is yours to use freely.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

MailMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
